Every draft-mode email across every campaign, in one searchable place — edit, send now, or cancel.
Turn on Draft mode in a campaign's Schedule step, and every personalized email gets prepared as a real draft sitting in your mailbox — up to 24 hours before it's due to send. The Drafts page is where every one of those, across every campaign, lives in one searchable place: read them, fix a typo, send one early, or pull the plug — all before it ever reaches a recipient.
Scheduled, Sent, Cancelled, Failed, or All — each tab shows a live count, so you can jump straight to what still needs attention.
Filter by recipient, subject, or campaign name — handy once you've got drafts piling up from more than one campaign.
Appears when a draft's send got pushed back — most often a daily sending limit holding it for the next available day.
Marks a draft that belongs to a follow-up step in the sequence, distinguishing it at a glance from the initial send.
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Send Now | Sends this draft immediately, ahead of its scheduled time. |
| Edit | Opens the draft in a full editor — see below. |
| Cancel | Removes the draft from your mailbox for good; this one will not be sent. |
Click any row to preview it exactly as it will land in the recipient's inbox, subject included.
The preview itself becomes editable — a real formatting toolbar appears (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, bullet and numbered lists, clear formatting) right above it.
You're formatting the actual email in place, not a raw HTML box — what you see is what gets sent.
Replaces the draft sitting in your mailbox with your edited version — the last version you save is what goes out.
Delete a prepared draft directly from your own mailbox app and Stynar notices — the page flags it as deleted in mailbox and automatically marks that send as cancelled instead of failing silently or trying to resend it.
