Manage & track a live campaign

Pause, resume, duplicate, or debug a running campaign, and read its live performance at a glance.

Hitting Start Campaign isn't the finish line — it's the handoff. From here, every campaign gets its own live cockpit: click into it from the Campaigns list and you land on a real-time dashboard that tracks sends, opens, replies, and deliverability, plus every lever you need to steer it while it runs.

The campaign dashboard

Emails Sent chart

A day-by-day send volume chart so you can see delivery pace at a glance — especially useful while Gradual Send is ramping up.

Audience overview

A breakdown of your leads by outcome — sent, opened, pending, failed — plus a device breakdown showing how recipients are opening your emails.

Sender health

Deliverability signals for domain-based senders — bounce rate, complaint rate, and authentication status — so reputation problems surface early, not after the damage is done.

Follow-up flow snapshot

A live mini-map of your follow-up sequence with per-lead status, so you can see exactly where every recipient currently sits in the journey.

A/B test results

If A/B testing was enabled at Design, this card shows Variant A vs Variant B performance side by side once results start coming in.

Leads table

Every lead in the campaign, searchable, with its individual delivery and follow-up status — with the ability to force-send, edit, or remove a lead directly from the table.

Reading the metrics

The metric cards at the top of the dashboard are your five-second health check. Here's what each one is actually counting:

Sent

Delivered

Emails that have gone out to a lead's inbox, counted against your total audience.

Opened

Engaged

Of the emails sent, how many were opened — your earliest read on subject-line and sender strength.

Pending

In queue

Leads still waiting their turn — respecting your daily limit, send window, and Gradual Send ramp.

Failed

Needs attention

Sends that didn't go through — bad addresses, sender errors, or a lead skipped for missing personalization data.

Drafted

Draft mode only

Emails prepared as mailbox drafts, waiting for their scheduled send time. Only appears when draft mode is on.

Actions you can take

1

Pause and resume

Pause a running campaign at any time — no emails go out while paused. Resume picks up exactly where it left off; only unsent emails are sent, nothing gets duplicated.

2

Pause just the follow-ups

Keep the initial send running but freeze the follow-up sequence independently — handy if you want to hold off on automated touchpoints without stopping outreach entirely.

3

Force-send a lead right now

Need one lead to go out immediately instead of waiting for its scheduled slot? Send Now on that row in the leads table pushes it out on the spot.

4

Duplicate a campaign

Clone a campaign's sender, email content, follow-up sequence, and schedule into a fresh draft — leads copy over too, so relaunching a proven setup takes seconds, not a full rebuild.

5

Continue an unfinished draft

Campaigns saved mid-setup remember exactly which wizard step they stopped at — Continue drops you right back where you left off.

6

Delete a campaign

Remove a campaign entirely, with the option to keep its leads in your workspace or delete them along with the campaign.

7

Download a PDF report

Export a shareable report of campaign performance — great for stakeholder updates without giving someone dashboard access.

Draft mode reviewers

If the campaign is running in draft mode, prepared emails land in a mailbox draft up to 24 hours before send — reviewable, editable, or cancellable from the Drafts page (and in Outlook's own Drafts folder) right up until they go out automatically.

Why did it pause itself?

Campaigns don't just fail silently — they pause themselves with a specific, actionable reason banner the moment something needs your input:

Insufficient credits

Your credits ran out mid-send. Top up from Settings → Billing, then resume — only unsent emails go out, nothing is re-sent.

Gmail or Outlook authentication failed

The sender's OAuth token was revoked or expired. Go to Email Accounts, reconnect that sender, then resume the campaign.

Monthly email limit reached

You've hit your plan's monthly send limit. It resets at the start of your next billing period, or upgrade your plan for more headroom right away.

Daily sending limit reached

This one clears itself — sending automatically resumes at midnight once the daily limit resets. No action needed.

AI email limit reached

Your AI-personalized email allowance for this billing period is used up. Upgrade your plan for more, then resume.

AI quota exceeded

The underlying AI provider's quota is exhausted. Wait for it to reset or adjust your provider plan, then resume.

Sender health, hidden by design

The Sender Health card only appears for domain-based senders (a verified sending domain or SMTP account) — it's hidden for personal Gmail or Outlook mailboxes, where that kind of reputation signal isn't meaningful in the same way.
