Docs/Campaigns/Create a campaign

Create a campaign

Name your campaign and clear the one prerequisite before the builder opens.

Every campaign starts the same way: one name, one click. From there, the five-step builder takes over — leads, email design, follow-ups, scheduling, review — walking you through outbound outreach without ever making you guess what's next.

1. Leads

Bring in your audience

2. Design

Write the email

3. Follow-up

Automate the sequence

4. Schedule

Then Review to launch

Steps to create a campaign

Follow the steps below to spin up a new campaign and land straight in the Leads step.

Prerequisite: connect a sender

You'll need at least one connected Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP account — or a verified sending domain — before a campaign can send. You don't need it to start building, just before you reach Review — set one up any time from Sending Accounts.
1

Open Campaigns

From the top navigation, go to Outreach → Campaigns to see every campaign you've ever built, in Table, Calendar, or Timeline view.

2

Click Create Campaign

One button, top right of the toolbar. It opens a single-field modal — no lengthy form standing between you and the builder.

3

Name it and go

Give it a name you'll recognize later — "Summer outreach Q3" beats "Campaign 14." Confirm, and you're dropped straight into the Leads step.

4

Pick up right where you left off

Didn't finish? Every campaign remembers exactly which step it stopped at — reopen it from the Campaigns list and Continue resumes the builder instantly.

Plan limits are enforced up front

If you're on a locked or maxed-out plan, Create Campaign tells you immediately — with a direct link to upgrade — instead of letting you build a campaign you can't launch.
