Docs/Meetings/Meeting statuses

Meeting statuses

The five states a meeting can be in — Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation, Cancelled, Booking Failed, and Expired.

Every meeting on the dashboard carries a status that reflects exactly where it is in the scheduling lifecycle. From the moment time slots are proposed to a confirmed booking or a cancellation, status badges give you instant visibility into your entire meeting pipeline without opening individual records.

FieldWhat it means
ConfirmedThe meeting is booked. A calendar event has been created and a Google Meet link is ready for both host and guest.
Awaiting ConfirmationAvailable time slots have been sent to the lead. The meeting is pending their selection of a preferred time.
CancelledThe meeting was cancelled from the dashboard. The record remains visible in historical meetings for reference and reporting.
Booking FailedAn error occurred during the booking process — for example, a calendar permission issue. There's no retry action; check that your calendar connection is healthy so the next attempt succeeds.
ExpiredThe proposed time slots were not confirmed by the lead within the available window and have lapsed.

Confirmed

A time has been agreed on. The calendar event is set, the Google Meet link is live, and the meeting is ready to happen.

Awaiting Confirmation

Slots have been sent but not yet chosen. The meeting is in the lead's court — waiting on their reply to lock in a time.

Past / Cancelled

Meetings that have ended — either completed, cancelled manually, or expired without confirmation. Retained for audit and reporting.

Color-coded on the calendar too

You don't have to open a meeting to see its status — green, amber, or grey-and-struck-through blocks on the calendar itself tell you Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation, or done, at a glance. Reload the page to pick up any status changes since you last opened it.
