Day, Week, and Month views explained, plus the color-coded statuses, search, and the sidebar widgets that track everything at a glance.
Meetings looks and feels like a real calendar app — because that's exactly what it is. Every AI-booked call lands as a block on a genuine hour grid, color-coded by status, with a sidebar that keeps score so you never have to click into every meeting just to know what's happening this week.
One day, full hour-by-hour detail — a red line marks the current time as it moves, useful when today is genuinely packed.
The default view. Seven days side by side on the same hour grid, so overlapping calls are visually obvious at a glance.
Zoomed out — up to three meetings per day as small pills, with a "+N more" tag when there's a busier day. Click any day to jump into its Day view.
Switch views with the toggle in the toolbar, jump back to now with Today, or step through with the arrow buttons. A search box in the same toolbar filters by lead name, email, campaign, or meeting title — instantly, across whichever view is open.
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Green | Confirmed — locked in, ready to join. |
| Amber | Awaiting Confirmation — slots proposed, waiting on the lead. |
| Gray, struck through | Cancelled, Booking Failed, or Expired — kept visible, but clearly done. |
Each block also shows a small video or phone icon depending on whether a Google Meet link exists yet — it's not a setting you choose, just a quick visual cue for what kind of call it is.
A compact month picker with a dot under any day that has at least one meeting — click a date to jump straight there.
A running tally of Confirmed, Awaiting confirmation, and Cancelled meetings — your entire pipeline in three numbers.
The next six upcoming meetings (Confirmed or Awaiting), soonest first, labeled Today or Tomorrow where it applies — click one to open its details immediately.
Whatever's typed in the toolbar search narrows the grid and the sidebar together, so a filtered view never feels disconnected from the rest of the page.
