Docs/Meetings/Cancel a meeting

Cancel a meeting

What actually happens when you cancel — and why there's no reschedule button.

If plans change, cancelling takes one click from the meeting's details card. No confirmation prompt stands between you and it — so make sure it's the right one before you click.

Cancellation Workflow

1

Open the meeting

Find it on the calendar, via search, or from the sidebar's Up next list, then click to open its details card.

2

Click Cancel meeting

Shown on the card for any meeting that isn't already cancelled. It fires immediately — there's no "are you sure?" step.

3

Status flips to Cancelled

The calendar block turns grey and gets a strikethrough, right away.

4

The record stays

Cancelled meetings aren't deleted — they stay visible (as Cancelled) on the calendar for your own reference.

Want to meet at a different time instead?

Cancelling closes out this booking — rescheduling happens the same way the first meeting did, through the email conversation. Reply, and if meeting-booking is on for that campaign, the AI picks it up from there and proposes new slots automatically.
