Everything a meeting record shows — lead, campaign, time, status, and the Google Meet link.
Click any meeting — on the calendar, or in the sidebar's Up next list — and a details card opens with everything you need to walk into the call prepared, without switching tabs or digging through the email thread that started it.
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Title | The meeting's title, or a "Call with [lead name]" fallback when none was set. |
| Status badge | Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation, Cancelled, Booking Failed, or Expired — color-matched to the calendar block you clicked. |
| Date and time | The confirmed start and end time, or the first proposed slot if it's still awaiting the lead's confirmation. |
| Lead name & email | Exactly who this call is with — pulled straight from the campaign lead record. |
| Campaign | The outreach campaign whose email conversation led to this meeting. |
| Description | Extra context on the meeting, when the AI included any when booking it. |
Confirm who the meeting is with and review their contact details and campaign origin before the call — so you're never walking in cold.
See the exact confirmed date, time, and duration of the meeting — everything you need to plan your day without checking your calendar separately.
The Google Meet link is right on the record. No digging through calendar invites or email threads when it's time to join.
The current meeting status is always visible on the record — identify bookings that are confirmed, still pending, or need follow-up in seconds.
