Connect Google Calendar

Link your Google Calendar via OAuth so the AI can read your real availability and book meetings automatically.

This is the one-time step that turns Meetings on. Grant access to your Google Calendar and the platform starts reading your live availability, avoiding conflicts, proposing accurate slots, creating events, and generating Google Meet links — automatically, for any campaign that has meeting booking switched on.

Calendar Connection Benefits

Real-Time Availability

The platform reads your live calendar to find genuinely free slots — so leads are never offered times you're already booked.

Automatic Meet Links

A unique Google Meet conference link is generated automatically for every confirmed meeting — no manual conferencing setup needed.

Conflict Prevention

Existing events are respected when proposing time slots, eliminating double-bookings and scheduling conflicts across your calendar.

Reminders come from Google, not Stynar

Confirmed meetings are written directly to your Google Calendar, so Google's own notifications and reminders apply — Stynar doesn't send a separate one.

Connection Workflow

1

Open Outreach → Meetings

First visit prompts you straight away — no calendar connected yet means a Connect Google Calendar screen instead of the calendar view.

2

Click Connect Google Calendar

Starts Google's standard OAuth flow in the same tab.

3

Sign in and authorize

Grant the permissions requested — reading your availability and creating calendar events. Both are required for booking to work.

4

You're redirected back, connected

Meetings now shows your real calendar view instead of the connect screen.

5

Turn on the campaign setting

Connection alone doesn't book anything — flip on Auto-book meetings from replies at the Schedule step of any campaign you want this active for.

Secure OAuth authentication

Calendar access uses Google's standard OAuth 2.0 flow. The platform only reads your availability and creates meeting events — your calendar data is never stored outside Google's own systems.

Managing the connection

Head to Settings → Integrations to see the Google Calendar card any time — it shows Connected, Not connected, or Reconnect needed, and gives you a Disconnect button. If Google access ever expires or gets revoked, the Meetings page itself also surfaces a red banner with a one-click Reconnect — automatic booking is paused until you do.

No separate availability settings

Your calendar is the source of truth

There's no working-hours picker or booking-page builder to configure — the AI simply checks whatever's actually free and busy on the calendar you connected. Block time on your real calendar and the AI won't offer it to a lead; nothing else to set up.
