Open a thread, expand and collapse messages Gmail-style, and see a booked meeting appear inline.
Click any row and the list slides away for the full thread — every email your campaign sent and every reply the lead wrote back, laid out exactly the way Gmail does it: newest message open, everything else tucked into a single line until you need it.
Click any row in Inbox, Sent, or Starred. It's marked read the instant you open it, and the unread count updates immediately.
Everything earlier in the thread collapses to a one-line summary — sender, a short preview, and the date. Click any collapsed line to expand it.
Both actions live right next to the timestamp on the most recent message — no need to go back to the list to star something you just read.
If this lead's reply led to a meeting, a card appears right in the thread with the confirmed time and a Join Google Meet button — or proposed time slots if it's still awaiting confirmation.
Use the arrows next to the subject line (with a "3 of 12" style counter) to move through every conversation in the current folder without going back to the list.
Click the back arrow at any time — your folder, filters, and scroll position are exactly as you left them.
Want AI to handle replies for you? Set up an AI Generate Email action after a Reply Received trigger in the campaign's Follow-up sequence builder — it reads the whole thread and writes a response tailored to what the lead said.
Rows in the Draft folder open a lighter detail view instead of a thread — recipient, sender, the campaign it belongs to, a Scheduled badge, the subject, and a preview of what's about to send. These are draft-mode campaign emails sitting in a real mailbox ahead of their send time; click Manage in Drafts → to review, edit, or cancel one before it goes out.
