Docs/Inbox/Response classification

Response classification

How AI labels every reply as Interested, Not Interested, or Out of Office — and how those labels drive filtering.

Every reply that lands in your Inbox has already been read once — by AI, the moment it arrives. No manual sorting, no guessing which leads are worth chasing first. The label it gets drives the Inbox's chip filters, so triage is a click, not a scroll.

FieldWhat it means
InterestedThe lead has expressed genuine interest — asking for more information, requesting a demo, or signaling readiness to meet. Prioritize these first.
Not interestedThe lead has explicitly declined or isn't the right fit right now. Filter to this label to confirm who's out before you plan further outreach.
Out of officeAn auto-reply from a temporarily unavailable lead. Worth a follow-up once they're likely back at their desk.

Where the label actually shows up

Classification doesn't print a badge on every row or inside the thread — it works quietly in the background to power the Interested, Not interested, and Out of office chips above the Inbox list. Click a chip to filter straight to that category; the count on each chip tells you how many are waiting.

Automatic, on arrival

Every incoming reply is analyzed and labeled the moment it's received — there's nothing to trigger or configure per conversation.

Prioritize by intent

Filter to Interested first thing in a session, and you're only looking at leads worth your time — not scrolling past auto-replies to find them.

Feeds your follow-up logic

The same reply signals that power these labels are what the If Replied condition and AI Generate Email steps in your campaign's follow-up sequence react to.

Combine with search

A classification filter and a search term work together — narrow to Interested, then search within it to find one specific lead or campaign.
