Folders, accounts & search

Inbox, Sent, Starred, and Draft explained, plus filtering by connected account and searching across everything.

Everything in the Inbox lives in exactly one of four folders down the left side. Each one answers a different question — who replied, who did I email, what did I flag, and what's about to go out — so you always know exactly where to look.

The four folders, explained

Inbox

Every lead who has ever replied to you — at least once. This is your "someone wrote back" folder.

Sent

Every lead you've ever sent a campaign email to, whether they've replied or not — your full outbound history.

Starred

A merged, time-sorted list of every conversation and every draft you've flagged — pulled from wherever they normally live.

And a fourth: Draft — the emails your draft-mode campaigns have prepared in a mailbox and are waiting to send, all in one place.

A lead can be in both Inbox and Sent

These two folders track independent, sticky flags — not just "what happened most recently." A lead you emailed and who replied shows up in both: the outbound email stays in Sent, the reply stays in Inbox. It's the same two-way-thread behavior Gmail uses, and it means nothing ever quietly disappears from Sent just because someone eventually wrote back.

Filtering by connected account

Sending from more than one Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP account? The account filter next to search defaults to All inboxes — every connected sender, all at once. Open it to narrow the view to one specific account, or check several to see just that subset. It applies to whichever folder you're currently in.

One search box, and it works everywhere. Type a lead's name, their email address, a campaign name, a subject line, or a word from the message itself — it matches against all of them at once, scoped to whichever folder is currently open.

Chip filters

Inbox and Sent each get their own row of quick filters, with a live count on every chip:

FieldWhat it means
Inbox — AllEvery lead who has replied, no filter applied.
Inbox — UnreadOnly conversations with a reply you haven't opened yet.
Inbox — Interested / Not interested / Out of officeFilters straight to one AI-assigned classification — see the Response classification guide for what each one means.
Sent — AllEvery lead you've sent to, replied or not.
Sent — Waiting for replyNarrows Sent to leads who haven't replied at all yet — exactly who to watch.

What's in a row

FieldWhat it means
StarClick to star or unstar a conversation right from the list — no need to open it first.
Avatar + unread dotA small colored dot appears on the avatar for any conversation with an unread reply, visible only in the Inbox folder.
Lead name & campaignThe lead's name (or email if no name is on file) with the originating campaign name stacked underneath.
Subject & previewThe email subject and a one-line preview of the most recent message, so you can gauge content before opening.
TimestampHow long ago the last activity happened — minutes, hours, or days — or a short date once it's been a while.

Bulk-select with the checkbox

Every row also has a checkbox on the left. Check a few and a toolbar appears above the list for marking them read or deleting them at once — covered in the Conversation actions guide.
