Google Postmaster

Monitor Gmail reputation, spam rate, and authentication metrics once your domain is sending real volume.

Once a domain is verified, connecting Google Postmaster Tools unlocks Gmail-specific deliverability intelligence — direct insight into how Gmail itself views your sending domain. This data doesn't come from anywhere else, and it's the earliest possible warning that something's going wrong.

Connecting it

1

Register your domain at postmaster.google.com first

Stynar's connection reads from your Postmaster account — it doesn't register the domain there for you. Do this with the same Google account you'll connect below.

2

Click Google Postmaster on the Connected Domains table

Only shows up once you have at least one verified domain. Starts a Google sign-in flow.

3

Approve access

Once connected, every verified domain gets a Reputation action in its row.

4

Click Reputation on any domain

Expands an inline panel with that domain's live metrics — no separate page to visit.

Give it time — and volume

Postmaster data doesn't appear the moment you connect. Your domain needs to be sending roughly 200+ emails a day to Gmail recipients before Google has enough signal to report reputation data at all — below that, the panel will say so plainly rather than show misleading numbers.

What you'll see

FieldWhat it means
Domain ReputationGmail's trust score for your sending domain — High, Medium, Low, or Bad. A declining score is an early warning that delivery is at risk.
Spam RateThe percentage of your emails Gmail users have marked as spam. Keep this below 0.1% for strong inbox placement.
SPF / DKIM / DMARCPass rates for each authentication mechanism, shown side by side so a failing one is obvious immediately.

Act on declining scores early

A drop in domain reputation or a rising spam rate usually reflects spam complaints, high bounce rates, poor list quality, or excessive sending velocity. Address the root cause promptly — reputation is slow to rebuild once damaged.
