Docs/Account & Workspace/Profile & signatures

Profile & signatures

Your name, company, email signatures, and the Danger Zone.

Settings → Profile is three things stacked on one page: who you are, what your outgoing emails sign off with, and the one button that ends everything. Update your details, manage as many email signatures as you like, and — if it ever comes to that — delete your account for good.

Basic info

FieldWhat it means
First / last nameYour display name across the platform. First name is required to save.
Email addressYour sign-in email — shown for reference only, it can't be edited from this form.
Phone numberOptional. Not used for anything automated today.
Job titleOptional context, e.g. "Head of Growth".
Company nameThe name Stynar's AI uses when it talks about your business.
Company websiteThe single most important field on this page — see the callout below.

Name

First and last name, shown wherever your account is referenced across the app.

Email

Read-only here — it's the address you sign in with, not an editable field.

Job title

Optional, purely informational context on your profile.

Company

Name and website — the two fields that feed the Knowledge base and AI research.

Your website triggers real research

Change your company name or website here, hit Save, and Stynar automatically re-researches your company in the background — the same process that powers the Knowledge base page. Editing phone or job title alone never triggers a rescan; only the name and website do, since those are what the research is actually built on.

Email signatures

You're not limited to one signature. Create as many as you want — a formal one, a casual one, one per brand — each with its own rich-text content, and mark whichever one should be used by default on new outgoing campaign emails.

Rich text, not plain text

Bold, italic, underline, bullet lists, and clickable links — formatted with a real toolbar, not a bare textarea.

Inline images

Drop in a logo or headshot. Images are embedded directly into the signature, capped at roughly 35KB each to keep emails light.

One default at a time

Toggle any signature to "Set as default" and it becomes the one new campaign emails use — turning one on automatically turns the previous default off.

Create and delete freely

Add a new signature with one click, rename it inline, or delete it — with a confirmation step so you don't lose one by accident.

Saves as you type

There's no explicit Save button — every edit to the name or content autosaves about a second after you stop typing, and the status line under the editor confirms it.

Danger Zone

Right at the bottom of the Profile tab, separated by its own red-bordered card, sits the one action on this entire page that can't be undone: deleting your account.

FieldWhat it means
What's deletedEvery campaign, lead, template, sending account, and billing record tied to your account — permanently.
Confirmation checkboxYou must explicitly acknowledge that the deletion is permanent and irreversible before continuing.
Type your email to confirmThe Delete button stays disabled until you type your exact account email into the confirmation field.
30-day email lockYou can't sign up again with the same email address for 30 days after deletion.

There's no recovery window

Unlike some platforms, there's no grace period or trash bin — once you confirm, the deletion runs immediately and you're signed out on the spot.
