Notifications

Email alerts, weekly reports, and the in-app notification bell.

There are two separate notification systems in Stynar, and they don't overlap: three email toggles you control in Settings, and an always-on in-app bell in the top bar that surfaces real-time alerts the moment something happens.

Email notification toggles

Email Notifications

General account and campaign activity updates, delivered to your inbox so you don't have to be logged in to stay informed.

Campaign Reports

A weekly performance summary — opens, delivery, and the key numbers — emailed automatically.

System Alerts

Notifications about platform-level updates and events that affect your account.

Saves the instant you flip it

Each toggle saves automatically — no Save button, no page reload. If a save fails (network hiccup, server error), the toggle snaps back to its previous state and an error message appears, so it never silently looks "on" when it isn't.

The notification bell

The bell icon in the top bar (next to your credits balance) is a live feed of events across your account — independent of the email toggles above. It polls for new activity automatically, shows a dot when something unread is waiting, and marks everything read the moment you open the dropdown.

FieldWhat it means
Campaign completedA campaign finished sending its full sequence.
Campaign pausedA campaign paused itself — credits, a limit, or a sender issue.
Domain verifiedA sending domain's DNS records passed verification.
Domain verification failedA sending domain's DNS check failed.
Credits running lowYour AI credit balance has dropped to a level worth topping up.
Draft cancelledA prepared draft-mode email was cancelled before it could send.
Draft deferredA draft-mode email's send was pushed back to a later time.
Deliverability warningA signal suggests a sender's inbox placement may be at risk.
Placement test completedAn Inbox Placement Test run finished and results are ready to view.

No settings for the bell — it's always on

Unlike the email toggles, the notification bell has no on/off switch of its own; every one of the event types above always shows up there. It's the fastest way to catch something the moment it happens without waiting for an email.
