Ask about performance, pause or resume, edit settings, and start a campaign — with guardrails.
The Agent isn't only for starting new things — it can look up and adjust campaigns you already have running, entirely from chat.
All of the following are read-only lookups — nothing changes, so nothing needs confirming.
Sent, opened, replied, clicked, bounced, failed, and pending counts — for one campaign, or an account-wide summary across all of them. Comes back as KPI cards, not a wall of text — see How it works.
Meetings booked from campaign replies, scoped to one campaign or across everything.
Who's actually replied (never just "sent, no reply yet"), with a snippet, read status, and classification — interested, not interested, out-of-office, or unsubscribe.
Give it an email address and it pulls that person's entire thread — every send and every reply, oldest first.
Step count, wait timing, and each step's subject/body preview — the setup, not per-step performance (use the performance lookup for that).
How many AI-chat credits you have left, right now.
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pause / resume | Actually stops or restarts real sending — pausing only works on a running campaign, resuming only on a paused one. |
| Edit settings | Name, subject/body/from-name/from-email/reply-to, schedule type & timezone, daily limit, specific sending days, send-window restriction, auto-book-meeting, and pausing just the follow-ups. |
Before it will start any campaign, the Agent checks for blockers — no sender configured, incomplete content, or zero pending leads — automatically, even if you didn't ask for a check.
If anything's actually broken, it tells you what to fix instead of attempting to start.
Duplicate leads, invalid emails, leads already contacted elsewhere, or no daily limit set are summarized in one short list — it waits for you to confirm before starting, unless you already said to go ahead regardless.
