Example prompts & best practices

Real prompts to steal, plus what to keep in mind for the best results.

Every one of these is a real prompt the Agent can act on today — steal them as-is, or use them as a template for your own.

Prospecting

FieldWhat it means
"Find me 100 VPs of Sales at Series B SaaS companies in the UK"A well-targeted people search — location + title + a company signal.
"Find fintech companies in Europe with 50–200 employees"A company-only search — no people filters needed.
"Find companies hiring for 'Head of Growth' right now"Uses a hiring signal as the primary filter — a real buying-intent proxy.
"Who recently changed jobs into a VP role at a healthcare company?"Combines a recent-job-change signal with seniority and industry.

Building & running campaigns

FieldWhat it means
"Draft a 3-email follow-up sequence for a cold SaaS outreach"Comes back as a tabbed card, one email per tab — save any single step as its own template.
"Add these to a campaign and A/B test the subject line"Pre-checks the A/B toggle in the wizard's Subject step.
"Pause my Q1 Outbound campaign"A real, immediate pause — resumes exactly where it left off later.
"Change the daily send limit on @Founder Outreach to 50"References a real campaign by @-mention, then edits a real, supported field.
"Is my Summer Sale campaign ready to start?"Runs the same readiness check that happens automatically before start_campaign.

Checking in

FieldWhat it means
"How's my Q1 Outbound campaign doing?"A KPI-card breakdown, resolved by name — no ID needed.
"Compare my last three campaigns"KPI cards plus a side-by-side comparison table, correctly weighted across different-sized campaigns.
"Who replied to my last campaign?"Real replies only — never a lead who was just sent to.
"Show me my conversation with jane@acme.com"The complete thread with one specific lead, across every campaign it appears in.
"How many meetings did we book this week?"Pulls real booked meetings, scoped or account-wide.
"How many credits do I have left?"A live balance check.

Re-engagement & importing

FieldWhat it means
"Find everyone who didn't reply to my Spring Launch campaign and let's try a different angle"Opens a re-engagement review card — nothing sends until you click Launch.
"Find me leads similar to the ones who actually replied positively before"Seeds a brand-new search from real positive-reply history, not a guess.
(Attach a CSV, then) "These are from a trade show — add to a new campaign"Combines a file attachment with an instruction in one message.

Best practices

Combine filters, don't go in bare

One filter alone (just "SaaS") returns a huge, unfocused match. Pair location with a title, industry, or seniority for a search worth acting on.

@-mention real things by name

Referencing a real campaign, list, template, or sender gets you the real content behind it — far more reliable than describing it in your own words.

Always check the review card

Every real action — a new campaign, a re-engagement send, starting something — shows you exactly what will happen first. Read it before clicking the button.

Scheduled or gradual? One more step

Those two send modes save your setup and hand off to the real campaign page — you'll still pick the actual start date/time there before it launches.

You just finished the AI Agent guide

You now know how to prospect, build and manage campaigns, win back cold leads, and import what you already have — all without leaving one conversation.
