Importing leads from a file or CRM

Drop in a spreadsheet or connect a CRM right from the chat box — no separate import screen.

Already have a list? You don't need to leave the chat to use it — drop in a spreadsheet or pull from a connected CRM right from the composer's "+" menu.

Attach a spreadsheet

1

Pick "Attach a file"

A CSV or Excel file is recognized automatically by its extension — no need to pick a special option for it.

2

It's parsed and mapped for you

Columns are matched to lead fields (name, email, company, and more) using AI — entirely headlessly, with no separate mapping screen to click through.

3

It waits for you to send

The file becomes a removable "N leads found" chip in the composer — nothing is saved to your account yet. Type a prompt alongside it if you want, then hit send.

Add a prompt, or don't

Sending with nothing typed still works — it just posts the imported leads as their own message. Type something like "these are from a trade show, add to a campaign" and it's sent as one combined turn.

What you can do with it

Once sent, the file renders as a real table right in the chat — the same table used for a live lead search. Rows missing an email or company get matched against Stynar's lead database where possible, with the same reveal-to-fill-in-the-gap behavior as a fresh search.

Save

Persists the selected (or all) rows to your account as a real saved list — this is the moment they actually get saved, not the attach step.

Add to Campaign

Hands the file's leads to the same 4-step campaign wizard covered in Creating campaigns with the Agent — since the file already has real emails, it skips straight to campaign creation with no extra lookup round-trip.

Download

Export the current table (enrichment included) back out as a CSV.

Fill in missing fields

A row missing company or job title data can be enriched the same way a masked search result is — matched against Stynar's own data, not invented.

Connect or import a CRM

The same "+" menu has a CRM option — pick HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zohoto connect for the first time, or jump straight into importing if it's already connected. Unlike a spreadsheet, a CRM import sends immediately once you confirm it — there's no pending-attachment step to add a prompt first.

One connection, used everywhere

Connecting a CRM from the chat composer is the same real connection you'd get from Saved Lists or a campaign's Leads step — connect it once from any of them, and it's ready everywhere else. HubSpot and Zoho are also manageable from Settings → Integrations; Pipedrive connects the same way but is managed from wherever you're importing leads, not from Settings.
